Many residential projects are initiated by families and individuals who bring a new sophistication to properties and neighborhoods which have not been redefined since their creations, often 40 or 50 years ago.
The new houses that we design illustrate architectural styles influenced by context and aesthetic sensibilities of home owners. Most of them are hillside sites which require an intense knitting together of hillside demands and functional requirements.
